Originally from NC, Kelly moved to Hamilton in 2020 to purchase a Wilderness adventure company while working remotely for a VC. Her outdoor company was acquired in 2023 and she recently joined Stripe where she travels to SF and NYC in between remotely from Hamilton. 

Kelly is active in Hamilton Players Theatre and all things outdoors. She lives with her partner, Jesse, who is a chemistry supervisor at GSK. They live on a little mini-farm with their two horses.

Kris is passionate about regenerative agriculture and founded Lumen to help people utilize food as medicine.

He moved to the Bitterroot from Texas and he's here with his wife, Alex, whose family homesteaded in eastern Montana. Kris is active with the Bitterroot Water Partnership, everything Lost Trail skiing, and is an avid backcountry camper.

Sam owns a remote bookkeeping firm for tech companies, but she's not your average accountant. When she's not at the computer, she spends every free minute playing outside in some way- fishing, hunting, hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, & volunteering for various conservation groups. 

Sam grew up in Minnesota and fell in love with Montana's endless outdoor opportunities. She lives in a cozy log cabin in the Bitterroot mountains with her partner Blade and black lab, Tracey.

Associate Principal, Trust & Safety @ Google

Jen works at Google where she measures the effectiveness of Google's Trust and Safety operations. She and her husband, Scott Wilson, also own and run The UPS Store in Hamilton which supports many local businesses and organizations every year in various ways: discounts to donations to design and printing services for events, occasions, and marketing materials.

Jen was lucky enough to discover the Bitterroot through her father in law who has been a Montana resident for 40 years. She and her husband live in Hamilton with their Poodle-Coonhound named Darcy. Jen loves winter and fall the most and can be found outside in the woods all year round where she is typically running on trails.

Farmer Relations @ Iroquois Valley Farmland REIT

Industry: Farmland Finance

Drew is focused on inspiring and developing the audacious farmers and food system leaders of tomorrow. He currently works with mission-driven investors to provide farmer-friendly leases and mortgages to the next generation of organic farmers.

Drew is a school board trustee and holds leadership roles for various land use boards and commissions in the Bitterroot Valley. When not touring farmland, Drew can be found skiing, running backcountry trails, or paddling the rivers and lakes of western Montana with his family.

Kelly is helping to bring a modern solution to a very old problem, EDI operations. Orderful's cloud EDI platform reduces costs & improves efficiency in the supply chain to ensure all the goods and services are there when you need them!

Kelly and her family have lived in the Bitterroot for over almost 14 years. Kelly, her husband and 4 kids are very active in the soccer community, which allows them to enjoy travel and adventure across Montana and other Western states. 

Owner and Lead Instructor @ Barefoot Wilderness Medicine Education

Katie is an educator, health care provider, and outdoor enthusiast. She has instructed for Wilderness Medical Associates since 2014 and started Barefoot Wilderness Medicine Education in 2020. Katie strives to give people the tools needed to recognize medical problems and make critical decisions, especially when help is hours away. 

Katie is from WV and lives in Hamilton with her husband Taylor, daughter Remi, and their dogs. In her spare time Katie is a volunteer member of Ravalli County Search & Rescue and Lost Trail Ski Patrol.
